We are pleased to introduce our Online Check-In capability. Using this feature will save you tons of time! All Non-Charlotte Independence Soccer Club teams are required to use Online Check-In and pay a $20 Check-In Fee for the Friendlies presented by NOVANT HEALTH.

Please follow the instructions below for Online Check-In:

• Login to your account
• Click the EZ Check-In link to the right of the event
• Pay the $20 Online Check-In fee (MasterCard & Visa are accepted)
• On the Receipt Page, click the Return to Account Management button
• Click the EZ Check-In link again
• Load documents from your computer or mobile device – be sure to load all documents (All documents must be a JPG, GIF, or PDF File)
• Once all documents are loaded, click the Submit for Approval button
• We will respond with your approved documents via email

All non-Charlotte Independence SC teams are REQUIRED to use online team check-in for the following team check-in:

• US Club Teams: 2020-21 Official Team Roster (4 approved copies are required to be available at the field)
  • Roster Hint: If a player is not participating in the tournament you will need to cross them off of the roster before uploading!
• 2020-21 Player & Coaches Player Passes
• Player Liability Release Form – Parent/Guardian Signature for Each Player! 
  • Liability Form Hint: You can upload as many documents as you need so don't worry about signatures all being on one page!
• Age/Medical Waiver Certification Form - Rostered team official must fill out and sign.  NOTE: All teams MUST have their player medical release forms available on the sidelines during ALL of their games.
• COVID-19 Form – Each Parent/Guardian of each player needs to complete this document with a Signature! 

Helpful Hints:

• You can upload as many documents as you need to for the Play Liability Release Form
• If a player is not participating in the tournament you will need to cross them out on the roster, before uploading
